It's official!! Saturday, September 22 will be the first annual Harvest
Spaghetti Dinner!! We are very excited, but there is much to do. One of
our main goals is to serve (max 200 people) sauce made with veggies from
the garden. Please keep this in mind as your tomatoes ripen and you get
excess of zucchini, peppers or herbs. If they can be frozen or
preserved until that time all the better :-)
Based on one recipe we roughly need
134 lbs fresh tomatoes
66 medium onions
133 cloves garlic
8 cups fresh basil, chopped
Anything we can get is GREATLY appreciated!!
